The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) sets out the rules which all users of personal data including Envigeek must obey when obtaining and using information about of our customers. As part of Envigeek’s compliance to PDPA and commitment towards the protection of our customer’s personal information, Envigeek has put in place a personal data protection and compliance principles in which Envigeek stands guided by in the provision of our services to our customers.

The PDPA also provides you with certain rights to control how your personal data is used. In this regard, please note that your rights under the PDPA is qualified by six (6) exceptions where such processing is necessary for;

Envigeek Web Services (“Envigeek“) operates and may operate other websites. It is Envigeek’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Envigeek collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
